Have been going to this nail place for many years never once had a bad experience. Jimmy does an amazing job as well as his wife. No other nail shop in Roanoke does this well with nails. Call and make an appointment for one of them to do your nails.

I normally don’t do reviews, but considering I myself found TLC Nails online while comparing almost all the nail salons in Rke, I thought I should share my experience.. I narrowed down my top 3 nail salons according to how many stars they had &finally decided on TLC. Even though I arrived fairly late, they still accommodated me & did so with a positive attitude. Now, after my 2 trips to TLC being such positive experiences, I’m switching from the salon I normally go to. The owner & his wife were genuinely kind people & they just made me feel comfortable there, like I’d been coming for years. My NAILS were perfectly done down to the last detail that I specifically ask her for!!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Wonderful people, wonderful place, wonderful experience.

I would like to make a comment on the post made yesterday by Phong Nguyen! They did not elaborate in there comment to the fact that the power in that neighborhood had been out for several hours and it was still out when they visited the salon. They demanded that the service be performed by hand and that is a long process without the electricity. They were asked if they would like to come back when the power was on and they said no. This is a very good salon and very friendly owners. They work with all their customers and I couldn’t ask for better service than I get with them. If the service was so bad then I suggest you go elsewhere. I have been a customer if this salon for many years and have never had an issue. So I suggest that if you ever have something bad to say about a service make sure you give ALL the details.

Had a long week at work and of the views I drove my happy self here and upon arriving was asked if I had an appointment I replied do I need too the young lady never quit answered my question and told Me I need to come back... Well as customer why not tell me your time frame you just send me a way and tell me to come back like your the only nail shop in this area...well I’m not going to spend money where not appreciated...word to the wise don’t waste your time or gas and it looks dingy inside

Horrible Customer service and Attitude even the manager. Made us pay after they weren't able to give us what we wanted. Would not suggest, worst place for nails going somewhere else to remove it because they got mad when we asked.
