I got my nails done on Thurs 9/ 23 the photo of the green nails were the an idea of what I wanted but in yellow. The tech was super nice and I understood that she wouldn't be able to execute the exact design perfectly so I settled for what she could do. My nails started to chip away the very next day. The place is clean the staff was pleasant but the work was not good at all. I sat there for over an hour to get my nails done and I didn't want to go back and sit to have them fixed.

Nail are done nice pedicures are even better. No delays what so ever with service. If you need s simple mani call and they will squeeze you in same day... cool vib... nice place.

this place is unprofessional and money hungry, I will never forget when a tech gave me attitude because of a miscommunication (language barrier) and then at the end of my manicure handed me my own lotion to moisturize my own hands out of pettiness. I've also witnessed favoritism among Spanish speaking clients and have had people who just walked in go BEFORE me (was seated for 2 hours patiently, while constantly checking in with the front desk). The long lasting memory I have of exotics though, was witnessing a girl next to me tearing up and taking breaks to catch her breath because the tech was drilling her natural nail bed down so much. the tech looked annoyed and had 0 sympathy or concern, just trying to finish as fast as she can so she can make her money and move onto the next person.
I ended up never coming back there after that and going to another salon to get proper nail care not just "glamorous designs". my nails were fragile and incredibly thin from going to exotics. the new nail tech I had even asked where I went and shook her head because of how botched and sensitive my natural nails were.
I'm shocked at reading the reviews that this place still hasn't changed smh, don't go here.
