Usually I take off my own nails but I didn’t think it would be such a big deal for a salon to take them off. Literally took them a whole hour to take them off and my other nail tech could’ve done it within 10 minutes. They were complaining and even cut my real nail open then still tried to charge me full price. Never coming back here again. Such a waste of time and now my nails hurt and look horrible. If you can’t do something then just say so & decline giving me service! I didn’t even get an apology. They said “oh it’s because you had dip powder” this has never been an issue at the other salon I usually go to.

Absolutely pleased with the service and the workers!!! The customer service is great. Jason, Cindy and Linda are great! My nails look amazing and they are very clean. Definitely coming back here.
