Leaving a review for my own memory and also to give a useful note. I greatly appreciate how well my nails were done and painted. They feel very sturdy and quickly dried. (Gel mani-pedi). During the pandemic they are very clean, they spray alcohol each and every step they take.

I’ve been going here for a few months. They do a good job but not a very friendly environment. The main guy who greets you at the door has a bad vibe to him, even when tipped well. I stopped going because of the attitude and I started to feel more like an un valued customer. There’s too many nail salons for mediocre customer service.

I had did a post on Crystal nails and spa about a month ago and it was a job half done and definitely was not what I paid for but, they definitely have improved!! I went back and the last two times I went has been amazing especially this past time was so quick and I felt like a top priority there the job done was very professional I go here twice a month if not more definitely would recommend and another thing I haven't brought in a nail design that they couldn't do yet super impressed 👌💅

First time at Crystal Nails. And I'll be returning. The shop is Clean, Relaxing & Friendly service. Juan did my nails exactly how I wanted them.

She did an awesome job, but the gentleman was a little mean.
