Okay. where do I start! How about the picture shows it all. I have only had my nails done for 1 week and 2 days to be exact and this is how my nails look. I tried to go back on Sunday to get them fixed and no one ever showed up as I waited for 1 hour. They opened up at 12 pm and it was around 1:10 pm when I left. This is worst experience ever that I have had with my nails. I will be coming back up there for an explanation of why my nails looks like this. Horrible Horrible.

They never open on time, and this last time, they were rushing to get you done, will go somewhere else in the future.

Service was not good the guy didn’t give me a manicure at all. I paid $30 for something I could have done myself. He didn’t even shape the nail right, I’m so mad. Worst nail job ever.

They don't open on time . They don't fix broken nails. And when they do your nails they easily brake which is bs .

Hot nails never opens on time. Google says they open at 10 yet the door says 10:30 and Monday the 3rd of July I waited until 11 and the place still wasn't open. Today Ive been waiting for a hour for them to open and they are still closed.
