Aight...let me tell ya'll, I moved to El Paso by myself. In order to move here for school, my parents wanted to find a nice place for me to live. Not only did my parents approve of it, they LOVED the security features and the management helped calm my dads questions and nerves of letting his little girl go. Almost 2 years later and the management is better than ever (including maintenance). I feel comfortable in my apartment and so do my parents. Management really makes you feel like family! Be nice to management! They deal with a lot (trust me, i am annoying...thanks dad:)). I had the ability to move in over a year ago (and btw I pay for my own rent) but I LOVE the people and complex that I do not feel as if any place could fit my needs (as well as parents) any better. I used to have a lot of anxiety when walking in to management for a package but the girls are SO sweet that as soon as I introduced myself as, "the girl with a lot of packages," they both supported my shopping habit immediately lmao! Ugh the ladies up front and the "man with the beard (as his plaque says)" are awesome!! Glad I live here over anywhere else :)

I newly moved to El Paso, anybody who has ever moved and moved cross country knows that moving can be very stressful. The staff here have been so helpful, pleasant and made this move-in experience, fast and easy. Alyssa has been such a sweetheart, I know I probably bothered her a lot during this process LOL, but she has been very patient with my needs. Everyone in the office has given me all the information for getting things set up, turned on here. I don’t know about anybody else experience but my experience has been wonderful. I love my place and the views from my place❤️

The office staff is excellent. The maintenance staff is incredible. Extremely professional, fast and efficient. Negatives: VERY low quality carpet in the apartment when we moved in. One year of very minimal use and seams are showing. No AC in the gym. Tennis court lights have needed new bulbs for months. Pools should be inspected during the winter months so repairs can be completed before warm weather arrives.

The office staff is amazing, receptive to issues and friendly. Read some of the other reviews and can't imagine how anyone could have issues with these folks. Great place to stay. A little aged and they could use some granite counter tops but otherwise, only good things to say.

We stayed here for more than a year and me and my family really enjoyed staying here. Just kinda sad that we had to leave due to PCS move but if I ever get stationed at Fort Bliss again, I will definitely coming back here. The staff are very friendly and awesome manager Ms. Brenda. Work orders always getting fixed fast, you get notification if you have packages and events going on, gated community always feel safe and never had a problem, the apps is awesome I can monitor everything tru phone, playground is just in front of my apartment, gym accessible all the time and the pools are amazing! There's a lot more that I can say because this place is awesome. I also didn't have a problem moving out and they really gave us so much consideration. Worth it living here and I highly recommend this place to everyone. It is very close to Elementary School, Sunland Park mall and a lot of commercial establishments very clean and nice location. If there is higher than 5 star, I would definitely give it to them because staying in this place is really amazing and you won't regret it!
