Beautiful and clean nail salon. Aiai is a talented nail artist. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and it came out so good!! She does beautiful work and is super sweet and professional. I highly recommend this place!!!

So I went in for the first time to this shop, where they said they recognized me and my niece ( I just moved to the area two weeks ago) so impossible. They were very short with me , I tried to communicate with them I was new to the area and I'm not who she recognized but she was so sure . I then felt uncomfortable the whole time because anytime I would try to communicate how I wanted my nails she was short with me, I then continued , when I called they told me it's extra for length and design and Matte , she then charged me extra for different colors on my nails at the end. My nails have streaks going down them and where she admittedly messed up on two nails are completely different colored then the ones on my other hand. I've wrote them but I will not return after spending over 150$ with them and the weird interaction with her. I was given this salon by someone who's had a good experience but I myself won't return. The work is pretty but not quality and comes with a bad attitude . 🙏

If I had the option of leaving no stars for this crappy place, I would. They are terrible about responding to DMs on Instagram and when I attempted to schedule a pedicure for my mom and myself, it showed they had several times open but only let me book one appointment. I was then charged for the appointment even when I tried to call more than 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment. The one time I got a pedicure, the woman used tools and a nail file that had been used on a previous client which really grossed me out. The women are not friendly and the facility is not clean. I would highly not recommend this place. You are better off going to a spa that actually uses clean, sterilized tools for each person instead of sharing tools between people.

Had to get my nails done for my baby shower and I never do my nails. So I thought I’ll check out this place because I loved the work I seen on Instagram. Oh my I loved every minute and thinking about starting to do my nails more often and go back here for sure lovely girl name Destiny was my nail artist she was so amazing and sweet couldn’t be more happy with my nails and the service I got.

Aiai & Karen are so good at what they do along with their staff 🥰 Although they are super busy and booked they do their best to fill you in. Great service, nails are always exactly how I want them or she goes beyond of what I expected to get. Such great work. You get what you pay for 👌☺️. Love love love.. Thank you for all you do. 🙏
