Nice place and more of a family atmosphere. Husband and wife own it and work there also.
They do a nice job and it is a little bit more reasonable then other places near by.
I don't feel like I am given a number and pushed quickly through the line, like in the kingstowne shopping center. It is a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
Unfortunately, I didn't know they excited. They are hiding on the outer side of the shopping Plaza.you have to park in the main front parking and walk around. Spots are limited on the side were they are located.

It's my fault that thinking things have improved. I usually go once a year, but this time it was the WORST service EVER! Walking into an empty shop, where all the nail techs were literally just chilling, should've been my clue to run to another shop. From the time I picked out my nail color to the time I paid it took a total of 15 minutes! Really? And THEY were surprised when I refused to tip and got another attitude when I asked the nail tech to fix two of the nails that she half ass did. English or not, you know when you are doing a poor job. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go to that shop again.
Can't wait until another nail shop takes that place.....So Glam Day Spa will continue to get my hard-earned money, not you all.

I see Nhi, she is the best nail technician I've ever had. Meticulous care with each nail, every time, but she only works on Sat. & Sun. The other ladies seem ok too, but I stay with what I know.

The staff was not the friendliest, my daughter and I both went for a pedi and mani. The pedicures were just ok, nothing great. However, the manicures were the worst. I get gel nails and my daughter got a french manicure. The woman cut my daughter in 3 times and her french manicure is already chipping after only 4 days. My gel manicure was the worst any type of manicure I have ever gotten. We will not be going back again no matter how desperate we are.

I am in my mid 60's so, "I have been around, you know." My wonderful husband said that I could get a manicure though we are living on disability. I usually go to the nail salon near Ulta and Springfield or to the one in the Giant Food shopping center or even to Walmart. I chose this one because it was the closest. The lady did not introduce herself or welcome me to the store when I entered. She actually looked annoyed that I wanted no color which I think would have been easier. She kept giving me commands like do this or do that or wash your hands. She never said please. She never said thank you. Her technique was okay. The fee was $13.00 and I gave her a three dollar tip. The only personal thing she said to me was how bad my mustache was. I told her that I was using No No and she said that it was not working. I can truly say that customer service wise this is about the most unpersonable and unpleasant encounters that I have ever experienced for which I paid good money. During the treatment she spoke in another language which, I believe, is rude. Most people say that they are sorry to hear that your spouse has been ill. I am giving it one star as the technique was okay. I would have had my feet done too if she had displayed towards me one itsy bitsy morsel of personal positiveness. Also, I was the only customer when I entered so it is not like she was having to hurry and get me done. At the Giant Food one the young lady was really backed up but was quite gracious towards me. Live and Learn.
