Didn't even test the nail size before placing them, no experience in nail art. Applied too much acrylic on the nails and barely filed it down. Gave me the incorrect length even after I corrected them.

Unprofessional. Tried going here twice and was turned away and told they were closed both times even though the door said they were still open at least an hour. I was even laughed at when asking for service and made to feel absolutely awful. I will never be returning.

The staff is friendly and treated me like I was a regular customer although it was my first time there. The service I received was quite good and I felt it was thorough. For many years, my finger nails have been "rippley", like small waves across them. While giving me my manicure, Jennifer commented on this and gently buffed them smooth; I now have smooth nails for the first time in decades! No other manicurist even mentioned or asked about this much less took any action. I am both surprised by this attention to detail and pleased by it. I also liked the massage the chair I sat in during my pedicure gave me. Quite relaxing and refreshing. Conveniently located with plenty of parking just outside the front door, really good service and a friendly atmosphere in a nail salon that doesn't smell like varnish - I'll be back.

I've went there several times, because they were cheaper and I'm a broke college student lol. They are usually very nice. However I would not recommend for acrylics at a minimum. I've got them done there several times and especially the last few times they would break off (Never in my 3 years of getting nails done have I had it happen so often. It's happened once before.) One acrylic nail tore/ half ripped off so I went in to get it fixed... They filed it down and put more acrylic over it instead of just starting over.Charged me for that.Got a balance a week or so later, in less than a week it broke where it was "fixed" and they charged me for that again I'm not really rough on my nails at all, and like I said it's never been an issue.Thats just one example.Every time I would leave I still had nail polish on my fingers themselves from where they didn't clean it off. But again, they're usually nice people so I thought I would give them one more chance with a whole new set again. Coworker got Coffin Shaped nails done that I loved, so I decided to try them out. Showed a picture of the shape I wanted.Got left with completely square nails that if anything went out at the end, not in. Informed them that wasn't what I showed nor was it coffin shaped, got attitude for that then reluctantly fixed it, twice I might add because the first "fix" still wasn't coffin either, and what I left with barely was. So next thing, go to pay, $45 ($3 because they were "long", didn't state that before. $10 to take off old nails with a plastic tip (which I expressed hurt a lot), which they have done without charging me for). For $45 I regret not going where my co-worker went because hers looked amazing all around and had I known it was going to cost that I would have. Next thing..nail polish goes on and you can tell way worse that the nails aren't even (One side of the nail is angeled, other side is flat) , bring that up, get attitude. Fixed very reluctantly/ with attitude.Go to do my ring finger in a cute silver color, put it on..Doesnt dry, ask if we could fix that somehow..attitude that well this is a thick glitter it won't dry..so why on Earth is it an option for customers if you know it won't dry?! And why did you put it on then wait for me to say something to tell me?? So pick out another silver, "This one okay?" "yeah"..Super clear because they added stuff to make it liquidy again, so go to fix that, next one is super clear because they added stuff to it too.So finally gave up and did a basic one just to get out of there because I was over it! Not even happy with my nails at all but after being there for 1 hour and 40 minutes I was over it. (He wanted to do polish about 35min in, spent the rest of time fixing mess ups-since it was rushed) And to top it off about half of the nails weren't even covered in polish from side to side, so I asked to get polish put on the sides where you could see bare acrylic/nail, got attitude about that as well. Do things right the first time and mess ups don't need fixed, can't get mad at the customer for wanting to have somewhat decent looking nails they're paying for, when you didn't do it right the first time. Also forgot to add on one nail only 3/4 of the nail even had acrylic on it, asked for that to be fixed and just got more put over top of the original and you can tell it doesn't match. But i was beyond giving up! Was a somewhat regular, will not be going back again and will tell everyone I ever suggested go there to not do so. Don't usually ever right reviews, but after the last few times and especially this last chance, others need to be warned. Regret even paying but I did that before the polish went on/ a lot happened and I'm not good in situations like that for demanding a refund or anything..
Edit: Work's always rushed, many times 1nail would look different than the others or some would be longer or shorter than others. But again, because they were nice usually and the price I over looked it, regret that big time now.ACRYLICS THERE ARE TERRIBLE, SPEND MORE ELSEWHERE AND GET GOOD QUALITY
