I am NEVER GOING BACK HERE...I took my daughter for a reward as I had already decided because of 2 bad jobs on my toes personally..that they weren't right place for me.
So today, I get my daughter WITH SAME PROBLEM..they do not paint entire toenail (multiple toes) I took pictures. Also, nail coat is not very thick nor smooth(albeit it is light color) She also has BLOOD ON PINKY TOE ! THE BLOOD IS PULLED TOWARD TIP OF TOE WITH CLEAR COAT ON TOP PROVING THEY ARE NOT SANITARY!!!!!!!!
THEY HAD THE GALL TO TELL ME I AM A PROBLEM CUSTOMER. Ridiculous..I have been loyal to them until they decided to do poor job...so the fact they all pointed at me, bashing me and made me out to be a bad guy...no mam...I do not deserve that.
Please everyone ..read reviews..I tried to stay loyal. Yes, I was very upset and still am but nothing I have said is untrue and have pictures to prove it. I had been loyal for over 2.5 years here! Pics don't lie!!! FYI they were NOT BUSY AT ALL and I am now believing because I was honest about why I was not getting my nails,done too...this may have been an "intentional" bad job.
24 MINUTES THEY SPENT FROM HER FIRST SITTING IN CHAIR TO WALKING OUT DOOR....that is waaaay too fast!!

Well i needed one nail fix was right there when the open 15 minutes late, then the rude lady that owns the shop told me i would have to wait 30 minutes to get my nail fix. So am getting ready to go at 9:45 no customer at all. Sad because i tip great. Off to HAPPY NAILS!!!! How rude!

The nail tech did a great job on my feet, however he was very very slow.

The owner was rude and unprofessional. I gel on my nails with white tips and that night the gel and the tip was off some nails. Won't get anymore of my money.
