BT nails is the Best! I have gone to many different places over the years and I have found a home at BT Nails. Their prices are reasonable, service is excellent and I always feel so relaxed when I leave there. I have been going there for a couple years now because I like being treated with great respect and specialness. They do an outstanding job and I have noticed that they are very meticulous about doing a perfect job! I like that. Check them out and you will see for yourself. Manager refuses to allow me to talk to owner, I need the owner to reach out to me or give me an email or phone number to call them directly.
I got acrylics done one week ago and my nails are falling off, I went on once already to get them fixed but it happened again. I called and asked for a full refund since they clearly don’t know how to do acrylics they refused. I caution against going there.

Did my daughters nails all wrong and wouldn't fix them and charged her full price ! So this was the first time and it will definitely be the last time . It's sad that they treat people like this and expect to get paid . (This is a reply to your reply) I wouldn't let my daughter go back to your shop for all the tea in China ! I get a kick out of your word play like its gonna magically fix everything. How can a father in good conscience let his daughter go back to a place that took advantage of her . So I reject your offer in attempts to fix a wrong one shot deal and you blew it !
