They seemed like they knew what they were doing with the some what nice interior but then it got to my turn and they sat me down immediately after she finished someone, didn’t clean any thing. But I looked past it. I asked for her to not use the drill on my real nail, she did anyway. And asked for thin nails so they would be more natural, they’re thick as hell. And she went around my quticles with the drill and she did that so much that she almost went through my actual nail to the skin under my nails and I’ve only had them for almost a week and I looks like I’ve had them for 3 week. Never again. ✌🏼

Asked for chrome nails and they first said they didn’t have it when I clearly Seen them. Than the lady was rushing and I asked For diamonds and she said she didn’t have those. Than my daughter asked for an Easter egg on her nail and the lady told her she didn’t know how to do them. Than they charged me 35$ for a rebase for regular color an my daughters polish. I called And asked for a manger they said he wasn’t there than they hung up on me! I’m seriously disgusted on how they treat people! I will Make sure to tell people never to go to this place again! Instead I want To recommend Kate’s lash and nails on 26th and Sheridan by the 7 eleven they fixed my nails and did them exactly how I wanted Lisa was my nail tech and was extremely nice to me and can do everything that you want!

I have been going here off and on for about four years I always have to wait. Even if I was there before someone else they do them first and act like im not there. Today they had me waiting for 2 hours and I still didn't get my nails done. I have been going off and on trying to give chances but I am fed up every one that I have sent to them witch is over 40 people will not be going back my friends and family will know about my bad experiences and they won't be going back

I just went amd got a shellac manicure and i am completely unsatisfied with the result. Smh it was my first time here someone told mw to go and no the ombre nail i asked for looks horrible nope i wish i wouldnt of had to pay man im not happy
