The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sale’s associate who assisted me with my transaction was awesome. He actually helped me bring my bags to the car. I can’t remember anyone doing this at a department store. The store was nice and clean and well organized. I will add though the bathrooms were not clean and the water is very hot. Overall it was a great experience, and will shop from here in the future.

I recently was visiting friends in Dallas and needed desperately to have my hair done! Many years ago I lived in Plano and would always go to JCPenney Salon and always had a good experience. I was hesitant but when I stopped in to make the appointment, they were very professional and informative. So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. My appointment was 12/3/17 at 11:30am with Courtney! She was GREAT. She listened to my concerns and exactly what I wanted. She took great care and went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with everything she was doing! Not to mention she was very pleasant and professional. She gave great advice on products that would help me achieve the look I wanted at home also. Loved her and the salon! Thank you Courtney :-)
To Management - this type of service needs to be communicated to the JcPenney in Colorado Springs. They don't listen and try to make you take services that you don't want because it is "policy" if you have a master stylist. I haven't been there in 2 years now because of their service.

I called the men’s department to ask if my order I made online had came in to the store yet. At first it put me on hold and then said “ an associate is not available”. I called again, and someone answered. They said that I would be put on hold for 30 minutes. I told them that it was ok. I waited for 15 minutes and then the line was cut off. She ended the call on me. I called again and it once again said “ an associate is not available”. Feeling very mistreated as costumer spending money on an expensive adidas sports coat for my father’s birthday in 3 days, I decided to call the woman’s department. I thought that maybe someone would answer and that I could tell them what had just happened, and then they could help me see if my order came in. When I dialed the extension it rang for a little while, then it ended. Someone had just shut the line on me. As an employee, the least they could do was tell me they would put me on hold if they were busy! That was rude! I then called the children’s department and someone answered the line. They said one moment please, and I finally thought that someone was gonna help me, and then I heard the woman say to another woman, “I don’t have time for phone calls!” The other woman laughed and then she ended the line. Tomorrow I am going to the store and am going to inform the manager about this absurd behavior of the employees. I will pick up the jacket for my father and leave. That store will never see my face, or the face of anyone I know until they shut down. It’s a shame that the woman acted this way. When I made a trip to the store to purchase the pants for the coat a few days back, the employees were very respectful. It truly is a shame.

Great place to shop. I had a great experience yesterday when I had to return shoes without my receipt. The manager was such a great help. He found my receipt and gave me back my money. He was very pleasant and understanding

Awful service, don't bother calling to track an order. It's 2017 people provide a tracking number. Explain when a customer will receive their product something. All you get is the standard bullcrap responds. Never will I go near JCpenny again. If they go belly up it's their own darn fault
