Came with my friend tonight none of these people look familier. The lady literly grabbed my friends arm and told her the guy will help her pick out a nail color as that was what we were doing together. I paid for a 12 min massage that lasted 4 min. A lady left to take her son to the bath room and they started all talking about her. The lady doing my toes was the worst and was so rude. And mean. We were talking in the back i asled that we sit together and she sugested that was her chair at the complete opisite end finially the dude doing my friend told me to sit by my friend ugh. Very disappointed also they charge what they want. Got the exact same thing last time nothing extra and got charged way more!!

Horrible customer service. The prices are made up per your nationality. The people are rude and unprofessional. I left and called back and ask for the price for the service I had just got. They were told me a cheaper price then what I had just paid. Do right by all people or your business will not grow.

I would not recommend coming to this place literally I paid $26 for a fill and two nail repair which is crazy at that price I might as well just got a full set and the nails that were repaired are not the same stick to what you know not a great place to stop for nails if traveling

I switch between this salon and another salon often. This is the very last time I ever come here. Made me wait 15 minutes while they all chatted and laughed together and no one else was waiting in the salon. I got there at 6:30, well before closing time. They decided while doing my nails they wanted to close up shop and clear out their register. They asked me how I was paying 2 hours before they closed! I told them I had a gift certificate from my husband and they knew I was getting 3 different services. About an hour before close she decided to ask me again how I was paying and if I had cash. She told me what my balance would be and that I would only have 2 dollars left. I told her again I didn't have cash which she must have misunderstood before. I had more than enough to cover the services however, only $2 left for tip and I told her I could put it on my debit card. She acted like I should give up a service to rip her more when it was their fault to begin with!! Maybe if she was nicer, I would have but I am leaving for the beach tomorrow and I don't have time to go again before I leave... From then on my experience was unbelievable HELL. She smartly told me, "no they already closed the register" and then started insanely rushing like super fast and messy. She cut one of my fingers all up over and over. Then freaked out when she messed up a nail and I asked her to redo it. (It was awful) then she rushed through my toenails so fast it looks like my 4 year old did them and she didn't even trim them!!!! She rushed through my eyebrows after a smart remark about which room to use. Then after a couple seconds she was done and I darted out the door!!!! When I got home and took a closer look, this lady had cut a huge bald spot on one of my eyebrows. They are completely uneven and I'll have to pluck them again! This is a joke. The stars that she stuck on them are all coming off within hours and the different colors are all running together. I had to add a clear coat to them myself! I can't even fathom what happened. Unbelievable!!!!! Not to mention the fact that my nail was bleeding and she used all the tools with the nail dust from other people on it over and over and then put it right back. This is how fungus spreads!!!

I went to have my brows done and Lana rushed me back there and the rushed to do them. After she was done I noticed that one side she had taken most of the hair off. They were so uneven. I told her and she just said, it's cause ur one brow is longer than the other. Um, no there's no hair there. So she advised me to just use a pencil. I will NEVER ever go back to her. It's not the first time she screwed up mine and my daughter's brows.
