Definitely not a place that I would visit again. I called in for an appointment saying that I wanted new acrylics with the no chip manicure. Upon my arrival, I was sat down with one employee who began working on my hands, but when she began prepping my hands for nail polish before placing the acrylics, I stopped her and told her that I also wanted the acrylics. Apparently they didn't know that I wanted those even though I called beforehand AND showed them a photo of the coffin shaped nails that I wanted. Later, when the technician was applying the acrylics, it was literally DRIPPING OFF MY NAILS like water. Forgive me if I am wrong, but most people apply acrylics in a manner that doesn't have the product drip down the client hands. The staff wasn't very friendly either, one technician called another worker over from across the room and started displaying my hands to her and talking in a different language. I mean, its basically courtesy not to talk about someone when they're right in front of you. Like someone else who also reviewed, the place wasn't very clean and I do think that they would fail an inspection. When a technician was cleaning my nails with some acetone, she took a cotton ball from a jar filled with acetone soaked balls, cleaned my nails, AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PLACE THE BALL BACK INTO THE SAME JAR SHE GOT IT FROM. Overall, don't waste your time here, go somewhere with higher standards and better customer care. I paid $50 for a new set of coffin acrylics and a no chip manicure, which is the same price at any high end salon as well, but worth your time and money.

I stopped in Sunday morning for a no chip manicure and pedicure. This salon is now owned by one of the techs that has worked there for years. She's made great changes! It is clean, wonderfully priced and great quality manicures and pedicures. Definitely will be back!

New owner is a doll. Lovely decore. Staff is friendly. Prices fair. Clean shop. I've never been disappointed at Only Nails.

Been going here for years with my mom. Their work is fantastic and staff are friendly. Always upgrading the salon. Can get busy, call for an appointment!

Nail salon cleans their pumice stones and foot 'graters' by rinsing them off in the previous clients DIRTY pedicure water and places them in the drawer for the next use. They dont use the correct type of cleansers for a business to thoroughly clean and disinfect their pedicure bowls but have the nerve to wear gloves to protect themselves!! I received a fungus infection from visiting this shop. The staff is nice but the cleanliness is horrible. I'm sure they would fail if the shop was ever inspected. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!
