I’ve been going here since they opened. Have to admit that they’re going downhill. In the beginning they were SO clean, and took time to do your nails, quality was phenomenal and the techs were very good.
Now, best, you’ll be lucky to not get your cuticles cut from a rushing tech who is CONSTANTLY trying to up sell you. Last time I went in I showed a picture and explained specifically what I wanted, no glitz or glam, just a gel French coffin shaped nail, and they told me what I would need and that it would be $10 more than what was listed on their board. I pointed that out to them and they then tried to give me some explanation as to why that was. Which I wasn’t buying but let them continue ( my mistake). Then as they’re already working on my nails, it’s another $3 here for the coffin shape (BS, in my opinion since I showed a picture in the beginning and they could have added that in for the original price) and then $6 extra for some white gel for the French instead of nail polish white French, in the end they even up charged me a couple of dollars for a matte topcoat instead of a gloss topcoat (again, I stated all this in the beginning, and nothing was told to me until my nails were already half way done). I left there feeling like I was jipped, which sucks because I specifically liked them because I didn’t feel that way like I did at other salons. In the end I spent $75+ for a Gel full set and a small tip to the tech. Which is ridiculous. This isn’t Beverly Hills..... granted, the nails came out nice, but the tech messed up the top coat multiple times by putting gloss instead of matte and didn’t fix it, just covered it with the correct one and it’s been peeling since day 3....
I wish they would not take so many walk ins because they’re sacrificing their quality just to make money. Their massages for their pedicures are less than a minute on each foot, maybe even just 30 seconds and again; you’re lucky if you walk out of there without a cut cuticle.... do better, you have so much potential!!!

Nail technicians are nice but they keep doing my nails crooked. Also, after only a week you need to get your nails filled again. Sadly I will not be going back.

I went in there and got a green tea pedi , it came out very well and will be going back!!
