The regret is real right now! I wish I would have read all the reviews but since we were in the mall it just seemed convenient. I love pedicures because they are relaxing and this was far from it, they need to learn the proper techniques. I had a pedicure with glitter and since he didn’t want to spend the extra time taking it off he tried to use the tool for acrylic nails.. when I asked him not to use it he seem to have gotten bothered and was extremely rough and rushed for the rest of the service I was originally going to get the deluxe and decided to get the regular instead to just have it end which he didn’t even do what was advertised for that one.. not to mention the cleanliness of the establishment is questionable and their practices unprofessional. He cleaned his tools in the water my feet were in. And I just want to go home and disinfect my feet... so upsetting and I will never return or even recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, the “convenience” is not worth it.

Best place I've found since moving to NC. Andy and Lisa are the best!! And my eyebrows look wonderful.

Oh my god,
I feel really bad about posting this but I’d rather someone save their time and money before going.
I should’ve looked up the reviews before I went. I decided to go to this nail salon since it was right in the mall and I thought I’d be fine. Now I’ve honestly never gave a bad review before but my gel nails looked like complete $!&! when I walked out. The first lady I sat down with seemed nice and we had a good conversation but and older gentleman took over and that’s when it went downhill. I had been moving this week and had small cracks on my thumbs which I let them know in the beginning so they wouldn’t break. He cut my nails, filled them down but...they were different lengths and some were tops were slanted almost like this /. I asked him to correct it but he rushed and they still looked as bad as before, he even broke part of the cracked nail and didn’t even file it down so it looked like I had a crescent moon ident in with jaded sides! I felt uncomfortable durning the entire thing as he would jerk my hands or slightly swat to get me to do something. It finally got to the point where I didn’t even care that my French tip didn’t even match the others and just wanted to leave. They have the policy to tell if your unhappy and they’ll fix it in store but Id rather pay the 35 and go back to my usual place where they actually take the time and pride in every nail. I actually went home trimmed my nails to the same length and will be going to get them fixed somewhere a else. This store really needs quality control if your going to charge 35 for a manicure that looks like I did it myself.

A little bit pain ful. But the man that did my nails was very friendly and kept up a conversation. My French nails look great. Thank you.
After 2 days they started to lift and chip.
Going to see about getting a refund or them to fix them
55 dollars for French nails.... they were supposed to last 3 weeks to a month.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY SUCK!!! I went there for gel nails. They insisted on acrylic and I watched them try to make other customers get more expensive work. He rushed through his work on my nails. When they dried the gel was lumpy and had air bubbles. He began to massage my arms with lotion afterwards and i requested him not to do so because my wrist was hurting from an injury...he kept doing so, just as rough until I jerked it back. Then the next day my nails began to crack and peel!! I was shocked when he told me the price because I’ve paid cheaper for WAY better service. I don’t understand how they still have business with service like that. If I could give them 0 stars I would and If I could post a picture of my nails I would.
