I only come here when I can’t get to a better place on time. The service is awful. The guy attending to my pedicure rushed the entire time. He cut so deeply that I bled. My toes physically feel sore. Don’t waste your time. The cheap prices certainly match the services.

I had a pedicure and manicure done last week, the guy that did my nails told me I could get the no chip nail polish for $20 extra and they would last two weeks; I got it and is one week after and two nails chipped called the place and the owner said I could go get them fix again I live almost 5 hours away! I asked for some of the money back so I can go get them fix somewhere else and she hang up on me!!! Not going to this place again rude people!

IMPORTANT: I've been coming here for a really long time. I occasionally come to get a pedicure and a no chip, but all the time for my eyebrows. Recently I went at 6:45 on a Thursday night and it wasn't packed, but everyone who was working was with someone. I didn't mind waiting, but nobody even asked me what I was there for when I walked in. I ended up sitting down for a no chip from Tammy around 7:30-7:45 (who has never done my nails before) and it was quick. I could tell they were rushing because they closed at 8. I still had to get a pedicure. I sat down in a chair and about 10 minutes later one lady started on my toes. She was rushing through everything. She was tugging on the sides of my big toes because i hadn't had a pedicure in a while. They finished my toes around 8:30 and basically made me leave with those thin sandals on around 8:45 because I would ruin my toes if I put my gym shoes back on. I spent $66 (including tip- 20%). I didn't dock tip even if they were rushing to get out of there. Over night my big toe was hurting so bad. It was red and sore. I put some antibacterial ointment on it to see if it'll help, but it only got worse. I went to a wedding Saturday night and my toe was on fire. I couldn't dance or have a good time at all. Sunday morning I went to Magic Touch to get my money back. I talked with Tammy and it didn't seem like she cared at all. She just told me to soak it in baking soda and water. She explained what happened was that they cut too close to my toe & that it happens sometimes. When I asked for my money back she said, "sure I can give it to you to make you happy". I was furious. Even getting my $25 back for my pedicure isn't going to make me happy. My toe hurts and I can barely walk with any closed shoes one. I will never get my nails done from here again. I would rather try a new place and take my money where it's actually going to be appreciated. I have told so many people to go here because I thought it was such a good place, but I will tell everyone I know to not come back here now because of this experience.

I had a mani pedi here today and while the quality of the job was decent I did not enjoy the customer service. The man that did my nails looked like he was having a terrible time and any time I tried to ask him something he gestured that he didn’t understand me and didn’t speak much English or straight up ignored me. Then when we were all done and it was time to pay suddenly he understood everything I said and spoke to me just fine. After my nails were done he moved my bag to the dryer for me but left my coat on a random chair on the other side of the store. I don’t expect to make friends at a nail salon but I do expect moderately polite interactions and a sanitary environment. Also the nail brush by the sink was just sitting in an empty cup with no disinfectant
