I can't say enough good things about Lynn!
It was not too far ahead of closing time when I entered the shop for the first time, ever. Lynn was finishing up with a lady and seemed hesitant to start another customer. However, I was seeking only a standard manicure, and I believe she elected to take me because it was a simple and quick procedure. As the other lady was collecting her things and paying her bill, they continued the conversation that I had apparently interrupted by walking in.
It became apparent that Lynn had, just this day, suffered a significant setback in a key professional pursuit in which she had been engaged for a couple of years. I was to find out, during the course of my manicure, that she is an amazing, energetic woman of many vocational and professional pursuits. She was understandibly sad at the professional setback she'd suffered earlier in the day, but still had an excellent attitude and outlook, and on top of all that, did an outstanding job on my nails!
I'm confident she will recover from the setback and achieve her personal and professional goals in her own, perfect timing.
I did not see evidence of any other staff at the time of my visit, though there were multiple workstations for both pedicures and manicures. Nonetheless, I would ALWAYS return for Lynn's service, and will call ahead next time for an appointment, rather than walking in. But Fate surely smiled on me in this case, and I feel fortunate to have made her acquaintance.

Booked appointment to get a full acrylic set. Tried telling her 3 different times i wanted acrylic. She did the dip anyway. Then made the white tip twice as thick as i requested. When trying to explain she would just repeat "dont worry " over and over. I will not be back.

As far as dipping with an added nail extension --Inconsistent, unsymmetrical nail shape. Nail extension kept popping off so glue was shaven off repeatedly causing natural nail to be thin. Felt burn when polish was applied where nail was too thin. Some spots in nails are more transparent than others. Glue left on fingers. 2 nails broke off the next day!!
No issue with pedicure though. For the affordable price and decent looking nails, I felt I should at least give 2 stars. After nails broke, going to 1. Wished I would have been wowed.

Literally the worst pedicure and dip manicure I've ever had. I made an appointment for 10am and showed up about 20 minutes early. Right at 10am they had me sit in the pedicure chair and filled the bowl up with water. Then, had me soak my feet for an hour before I just couldn't take it anymore and took my feet out. At this point my feet were extremely pruned. Finally another girl shows up to work and they tell her to do my pedicure. She tells me to put my feet in the water and I told her it was too cold. She had to stab a hole in the bag to drain the water out and refill it. Then, she finally started. It was suppose to be an hour long pedicure, but she took a whole 20 minutes. Then they took me to the table for my dip nails, and it was terrible. She rushed the whole thing and I ended up with completely uneven and bumpy nails, with my thumb nail scooping up like a boat. She asked me if I liked them and I said, "No, it's really bad." She began to fix them, clearly angry and started to aggressively file into the side of my fingers. They still look awful. I will never bre going here again, and I strongly advise everyone else to take their business elsewhere. It seems like if you don't get the nail tech who runs the place you don't matter.

I got a mani pedi on Mother’s Day (Sunday) got the gel and a day n half later gel is already coming off both mani and pedi! Not to mention I was there for 3 hours. The lady was very slow and she talked on her cell phone while giving me a mani. I paid $80 for a service that is supose to last 2 weeks! I came today to at 6:30 to demand a fix or my money back and they were closed when their hours on the front door say Mon. - Thurs 10am to 7pm I recommend going somewhere else! They use cheap gel nail polish!!!
