Ok. I miss the old owners too. There I said it. But these nails.... are on point. Two weeks later and they are still looking good even though I need a fill. Just try them out.

Terrible experience. I purchased two groupons, one for myself and one for my sister, to get our nails done for my wedding. We booked the appointments back in May for two days before my wedding in August. When we arrived, there was a man standing outside the door who said the salon was closed because they were going to have an inspection the following day and needed to spend all day cleaning. He offered no apology, even when I asked why I wasn't called since I had made reservations and they had my phone number written down. He repeated that they were closed and couldn't do anything about it. I was understandably frustrated, but decided I could use the groupons another time before they expired. We returned a few weeks later, and were told, once again by the same man, that the salon was closed that day and they had let their employees take the day off. I had called earlier for a reservation and was not told they would be closed. Again, he offered no apology or further explanation. In addition, the salon itself is completely run-down, with clearly well-used equipment and unsightly waiting room furniture. I highly discourage anyone from going here. There are a lot of other salons nearby that are much better with quality service.

I really miss the other owners, they were extremely friendly whereas the new owners are not. So I decided to give them a try. Around St Patricks Day Tom did my pedicure and my gel. I can say Tom did a great job and he was friendly and courteous. I feel like the ladies there don't do a good job nor provide good customer service. Around Easter I got a gel color change and it started peeling in a week and I felt she rushed on me. I went back a few days ago and she did an OK job but the whole time she was talking to another woman and I just feel like they have their favorites and they do not try to build rapport or a customer service relationship with newcomers, which is fine with me cause I can go to the Nailery at Oak Park Mall, at least their friendly and don't do a rush job on me. I went there because it was closer and I didn't think the other owners sold the shop, I will drive further where my money and my time is appreciated and the staff is more appreciative of their customers.

I have been going to Pamper Nails for some months now. I keep hoping my experiences will improve. They have not. This salon is very convenient to my location and their work is mostly very good. However I find that having a chunck of acetone soaked acrylic fly into my eye along with many other issues unacceptable. When I suggested that safety glasses may be a good idea, Vivian said "its recommended but it's silly" Then during the drilling process nicked the cuticle and did it immediately on the next finger. Cuticles all red for the Holidays, eye sore and no apology, comments(other than it's silly to wear safety glasses) NOTHING. Neither Vivian or Tom honor requests on a consistent bases as far as nail length. Sloppiness in details is also an issue with removal of old color which has still been evident after new polish on.Went back and she tried to fix.... Rough edges on fills with acrylic I just go home and fix myself. Movies play that are inappropriate for the setting...in one scene, a man is throwing up into a deep freeze. I mentioned to Vivian that most people wouldn't want to see movies in a salon like that and she said Tom had it on....(he had left for back room) She left it on. The same time movies are on so is music....arggg.
I give up.I wish them well.

I will never go back there! My nails were only on for 4 days two of them popped off and several other ones were lifting so bad I was afraid they were going to come off. I had to go out of my way to go there to have them fix them I should haven't to go back to a place to get my nails done the correct way. I requested a refund they wouldn't refund my money even though the nails were done terrible! Stay away from this place!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!
