Front desk is courteous, but as a tax payer don't expect to be able to go in and discuss issues at this building. Closed to the public who pays for it, that is unless you are invited in. Interesting......
I have been waiting two weeks for a response from an Aileen in Miami who is in charge of noise pollution along DOT roadways nation wide. I have two voicemails and an email and no response as of yet. I am asking for a phone call back, when I drove across the country to try to share my concerns. Public feedback must not be important........

Great place to work! It would be a nice addition if the bathrooms had full length mirrors in them. Also, some sort of deodorizing system in there too. Otherwise, beautiful building!

I would like to report a company that violating a lot traffic laws. TA truck stop shop located at 7401 Assateague Dr Jessup MD 20794. Manager by Larry he's allowing technicians to drive the roadquad service truck when they are working illegal 24 straight hours. This act is putting the public safety in danger. This company need to be investigated before the techs hurt or kill the public.

I am an over the road truckdriver
I was hauling a load through Illinois just after a major snow storm and was polluted into the scale for being over weight
No problem I had already removed all dangerous ice and snow from truck but was still 200 pounds over weight the scale master would not let me proceed until the truck was under 80000 lbs when I exit the truck I am under weight had full fuel tanks f I idle the truck for 254 hours I am under weight they issued me a 590 dollar fine n top f everything else and I could not find a food bank to donate the extra food nor would the scale master allow me to move the truck to donate the food so I have to pay 700 dollars to a company to come out and remove the food and throw it away you have to live O’Fallon il scale they will be hearing from me again
