I would not even give it one star... I used to go ther and left for a better place. It was convenient so I thought I would try again. Worst pedicure ever. So I realize I went for the basic because I would rather tip well in the end. I am not a rude person but they had me in and out in twenty minutes. Regulars, I presume were treated very well. Back to Angels on 192. The best! I will never waste my money at Nail Envy again. BTW, silly me. I did tip appropriately. Never ever go back and I have never wrote a negative review. So disappointed:(

I am really frustrated with this place. We made reservations days in advance for noon today for four pedicures. We arrived on time and was not started on until 12:45 and only one of us had been started on. It's now 145 and only one of us is done! We have even asked to stop and were told- no, that they will finish. I ask if we can skip what they were doing and just do the nail color and was told no. We have other obligations today that are time sensitive and stated this. If they could not accommodate appropriately they should have said at the time or could have called from then to now so we could have made other arrangements. At one point she said she comp us and kept going after asking them to stop when it was finally done (at 2:05 We were charged full price and after complaining about her saying that she was going to comp us she only took of 5 dollars on each. Nonsense. I will not be returning.

I have come here 3 times and they are rushed.Always!. I understand they are popular and provide s beverage to you but I would rather have complete service. TodayI was not given any cutical care. No push back of my cutical nor any removal of dead cutical. Being rushed I brought it to her attention. She looked at me and said "I did cuticals and pointed to the top of my to and said " I trimed here". OMG really I havehad 30 years of pedicures .. Not happy at all. Time to find a new place.

The pedi is decent but the ‘appointments’ are simply a pointless exercise. Made one for four of my friends but they made no effort to actually honor the appointment when we arrived. What should have been all four of us at once getting pedis was more like two then the other two... an additional 30 min at a minimum. Miffed.

This is an awesome nail salon, the ladies go above and beyond to do a good job on your nails! Highly recommend
