This is my second time coming here and leaving satisfied they always try their best to match the pictures of the nails I want. It is over priced a little but I honestly liked the way they came out. Came in and was seated right away . They didn’t start on my pedi until 10 minutes went by but it was understanding it was very busy.

I booked an appointment at 11:30 got there 10 min earlier. Was there until about 12 still waiting to be seen . Then the younger man sees I’m on the verge of leaving n asked me what I want for my nails n starts filing then hops from person to person like there isn’t such thing as covid . Then I ask if there is designs or diamonds I can take a look at then he proceeded to ask if I have a pic of my nails because it’s easier then I say no I just wanted to pick something. Then he goes well you don’t have a phone? google? N I go you can’t just show me what you got then he goes to another person that’ is also waiting for a while n I told them I am leaving will not be back . Please pay for your customer service as well people !!! That’s a big part of this business programs. Good customer service is apart of it

I really like the nail artists as they are nice & go good work. Their nails don't lift - even after 3 weeks!
The atmosphere is calm & relaxing.
