This isn't the first time I've been here but it's certainly the last. When I originally went I got a full set of dip powder nails and a I wanted my toes painted. They got the nail polish for my toes all over my toes and around the nails. They eventually told me the rest of what was on my skin would "come off later" and gave me a 5 dollars off 28 gift certificate. My point nail came off a week after getting my hands done. I work in an office so that's really not acceptable. I finally found time this morning before work to try and go get it fixed. They could not find the right shade of powder. Tried putting the obviously wrong shade down twice before I stopped them, and tried arguing with me that it was a shimmer powder when my current nails clearly had NO shimmer.
They took so long I got upset and left with a tip glued on. NEVER going back. Worst experience I've ever had.

Have been going here for years now and won't go anywhere else! Lisa is awesome ! Sometimes I come in 20 or 30 minutes before closing and want so much done & she still does it! I get both my hands & feet done here along with eyebrows ! No one touches my eyebrows but Jennifer she is awesome ! Kinda wish they relocated to a bigger spot they truly need the space ! I've introduced this salon to mom & grandma and they loved it !

Horrible service, their Internet was down and they didn't have a way to charge my card, I had no cash on me, the woman told me to write down my card information number and the security code on the back and leave it with her so she can charge me later, I said no, she said then go walking to the gas station or waltmart across the street and get cash, I said no its 100 degrees outside and I don't have to do any of that, and then she said leave your phone and we'll give it back when you come back and pay. Are this people for real??? If she had said up front we are only taking cash I wouldn't have stayed but I only had my card with me, is not the customers fault their system is down, they need to get better trained on what to do in this situations
