First time here with a gift card from staff as a retirement gift. Place is nicely decorated but no warm and fuzzy for me. Staff members were not friendly. I felt like they wondered why I was there. My technician immediately assumed I had a gift certificate (what she called it). Not sure this would be a place I'll frequent much.
Based on demographics, its obvious that they serve a specific clientele. But give it a try if you like.

What a wonderful day. Massage, Mani and pedicure. The place is beautiful. The service was excellent. I will go back soon.

After spending thousands of dollars with this salon and being a loyal, patient customer for nearly 2 years, I was treated like garbage. I had countless hair appointments with Tiffany, and I even booked the hair and make up for a 7 person bridal party on my wedding day with her. As you can imagine, I have spent a lot of money here. I had arrived early for every single appointment I had, yet each time I didn't get taken back to see Tiffany until at least 15 minutes late. She was always running behind - even on my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, she was nearly 30 minutes late, but I was nothing but kind and patient - even though this caused me to miss an entire set of photos. A couple of weeks ago, I was driving in from out of town and I had booked a full color and cut appointment, with Tiffany, weeks in advance. It had been pouring rain the whole way, so I was going to be about 15-20 minutes late. This was my first time to be late, and I wanted to be courteous. I called Belfiore to let them know my situation. They informed me that since I would be late, Tiffany would not be able to see me at my appointment time and that she was not willing to see me later in the evening either. I offered to leave with wet hair and forgo the blow dry and style, which would more than make up for the few minutes I would be late. I was then informed that Tiffany had double booked my entire appointment, so that is why she had no flexibility. This is so unprofessional. What is the point of me booking a 1.5 - 2 hour appointment, that will cost me hundreds of dollars, weeks in advance? It clearly does nothing. The front desk did not do anything to help, and Tiffany apparently did not care about her client enough to even speak to me or try and work something out. Due to disorganization and loss of payment records from my wedding event, I wouldn't recommend the salon overall, but I would definitely not recommend wasting your time and money with Tiffany. She clearly has no concept of her own actions and implications, nor does she conduct herself like a true professional. Instead of caring for her clients and respecting the money they spend with her, she wants to cram in as many people as possible at the cost of our time and experience. There are plenty of professionals out there, so I will not spend anymore time or money on an amateur, and I recommend the same for others.

There was absolutely no room to park in the lot because that new Standard Service restaurant took all the spaces. Not only that, but their customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this place.

Tiffany has been my hairstylist for years. She is the definition of great service. I love her honesty with the choices with my haircuts and her vast knowledge in her field. She is truly an asset to Belfiore.
