Out of any nail salon I’ve visited, I’ve always had a good experience, and loved the look of my nails leaving this salon. I’m a returning customer, I usually do my appointments towards their close, but I always call in advance. It’s always amazing work, they’re quick, and do great, I never have any complaints.
I made an appointment today, early in the day, so I could ensure I’d be in and out by 6:45pm. I watched two people walking in, and get helped right away without appointments, and all I was doing was a simple manicure. I had been there since 5:55, right before my appointment. It was just a slap in the face, especially considering how many times I’ve been there and have never had this issue before. My nail tech I usually go with, her name is Julie, and she is brilliant and amazing! I love her and her work; I just wish the time management today was better with the reception. I understand they get backed up with clients who come in, but as a regular, seeing two people come in right in front of me and get serviced without appointments, left a bad taste in my mouth.

The tech’s did a great job but the environment was gross. I have not been to this location in a long time and it looks like they have not cleaned in forever. The chairs were sticky and dirty, the techs carts were dusty, the floors were filthy. They were not busy at all when I arrived and the amount of filth was certainly not from one day. I also felt that the quality of the lotions and masks was different. I was disappointed because it used to be a great spot that I would recommend to people. My nails look great but I need a shower after being there!

Me and my friend came here to get our nails done and when we started my friend was saying that she wanted them a normal length and the technician was saying that would be extra 10$. and then she was saying that she would get them short and still said that would be an extra 45$. Which we didn’t understand why it would be 10 extra dollars to get them short or normal. i decided to not get my nails done there and my friend finished what she was getting. it’s only been 2 days and majority of her nails have been BROKEN OFF. wouldn’t recommended this place because of the quality and the technicians trying to rip you off. but inside was very nice and professional which was i had high hopes.

Hand down to the best service I 've received at Herbal Nails & Spa. My nail tech took her time to perfect my nails. She is such a nice and sweet person, and her work is so amazing. My pedicure spa was so awesome. Definitely recommend this salon.

Wow! 5/5 for sure! I went in today as a walk in without an appointment and received the best gel manicure I have had in years! I am traveling from Florida but if I wasn’t I would go back here in a second! They got me in quickly and shaped my nails almost perfectly. The girl ( I forgot her name) who did my nails did a phenomenal job. I recommend going 100%
