This place has change a lot in the last two years . They definitely don’t even try anymore . My pedicure was done within 5 min . I spend more time just sitting there soaking my feet . She painted over my cuticles on my little toe. When I asked her if she can clean up the cuticles better she just giggled and removed the nail polish . The last 3-4 times my toes were horribly painted . Over my skin and bubbles everywhere. If you complain the owner will blame you first . Say well you have to get your cuticles cleaned up which is 8 dollars . Makes it seem like you don’t want to pay the 8 dollars on top of a 30 dollar gel fill .

Short wait time, friendly staff, and a fairly clean establishment. It’s not the fanciest of places, but they get the job done. My nails and toes always look nice, and gel manicures and regular pedicures last at least 2 to 3 weeks.

Terrible service. My friend and I come in once a month for a pedicure. The last time we came in my friend got a 10 minute lousy pedicure. This lady had 2 people done in the time that the lady I had completed my pedicure. She was also very rude. Now we’re here again and we sat in our chair for 15 minutes before anyone would even put water in, while people coming in after us were getting served right away.

I went in on Friday after Thanksgiving hoping they would be slow. I have been to this salon several times. This day they were super busy, I needed a full set, a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The owner did my full set first and I wanted gel. I asked for short nails and they are still to long, the gel is not on there right, he didn't paint them evenly so they are streaks and you can tell at the tips that polish is missing or not done right, some of the nails have been filed crooked also. Then I went for the pedicure and she cut my nails super short and I guess she was pulling a hang nail on my big toe and now that is super sore. Never did get the eyebrow wax I guess they forgot. My nails look dull and where the polish wasn't put on right you can see it fading or that it isn't covering the nail right. I am taking the nails off tonight and hope that the event I have tomorrow won't notice my nails so I am out $60 for a crappy job. I think that they have gotten worse over the last year and the fact that they are busy they feel like they need to rush all the time and if we are paying good money for a service then it should be done right. If you say something at the shop they get mad and say we don't know what we are talking about. I don't think I will be going back here anymore.

I called ahead of time, asked if Kathy was available for an eyebrow wax, he said yes ( the owner), then asked if she had time to do my friends nails, (just a manicure) he said yes, then he asked, what time you want? I said noon ok? ( which was 20 minutes) he said ok, we got there, then told him I just called for Appointment with Kathy, he then told me someone else would have to do my friends nails, only Kathy could do 1 person, eyebrows or nails??????? He got argumentative in front of all the customers, then my friend said she didn’t want no part of this type of ignorant attitude from a man, so we left. I did get my eyebrows done because Kathy I have known from many years at another nail salon, she does amazing eyebrow wax, but every time I go in there the owner is a nasty, mean ignorant man, this isn’t the first time it’s happened, very controlling and getting that loud and ignorant in front of everyone was a horrible experience, especially when it was ok on the phone when I called ahead and then when I get there it’s another story!!!!!!! I think it was because he had other girls with nothing to do, so I would not recommend this place at all , it’s not a relaxing time, it’s a horrible place to spend your money at!!!!!!! He is a big ass JERK!!!!!!
