Have always has good experience here. Been coming here for 2 years and I really enjoy getting my nails done at Fancy Nails! They're always very welcoming, they always do a great job. And their hours of business are great! If you're looking for a great and dependable place to get your nails and spa pedicure.

Love this nail salon! I get my nails "dipped", and they always turn out fabulous and last 2-3 weeks. The workers are very friendly and take their time on your nails. Many colors to choose from.

Very happy with service, so friendly and they do a great job! Bill was the best. When It says Fancy it means Fancy. I will be back

Fancy Nails and spa were so rude to me and my mother. We wanted to get mani and pedicures tonight and one of the male nail techs were so rude to me that we only got the manicures. First of all no greeting. He says what color. I said hello. He says what color? 👀 ok... we went on with the service. As I was looking at my nails to make sure they were shaped appropriately, the nail tech told me that I could look at my nails later. So I politely told him, no I will look now. He then proceeded to buff my nails as hard as he could and when he picked up the nail drill, I asked him to be gentle because my nail beds are soft. He rolled his eyes!!! Since we were so deep into the service, I monitored him closely until we finished the service. I then told his manager and he blew me off and told me to go wash my hands. Not wanting to make a scene, I called the manager after the service to tell him what happened. He told me that I’ve never done nails before and that I didn’t know anything, so I just do not need to come back. I told him I had no intention on coming back and that I would let all my friends know not to patronize them. He hung up on me. I called back to make sure that’s not what happened and he hung up again. The skin on my nail beds were scratched and I had to put neosporin around the cuticles to ensure they did not become infected. I have never been treated with such indignity in my life as a PAYING customer. I will never go back without an apology and a SUBSTANTIAL change in customer service. He assumed I didn’t know anything and treated me like my concerns didn’t matter. I will not spend my money with people who would treat me or any other patron this way. This was a horrible way start my weekend!!😡😢

Nails are good but workers are rude I went in with my friend and she kept telling the worker he was being too rough with her cuticles and he wouldn’t listen he was rushing to get her nails done and get her out the way. Probably won’t be back.
