I have been coming to this shop for the last 10 years. Although the name has changed and new decor has been added I am still very happy with my nail tech. She is awesome and I would follow her anywhere. Even if she was in a tent. I love the entrance to the shop now. Before it was overwhelming to me. The staff has changed some but that is not new. I believe this happens in this line of business. The staff now is friendly and recently one lady took my granddaughter and went above and beyond to create an awesome hair cut experience for a 4 year old. She loves coming in here and it is all she talks about. Change is good but what matters is the quality of service. Service at the Glam Color Bar has not changed. You are still met with a friendly smile and people willing to go above and beyond. Not that it really matters but I will add that I love the new flooring.

I've been a loyal client to Jynelle's Salon Spa for upwards of 10 years. I've followed Hermien and various hairstylists through their move from the Winn Dixie plaza to Lake Miriam Square. I finally found happiness with Heather Hoagland as my stylist and am in love with what she's done to the salon. Not only am I always greeted by smiling faces at the front desk,

I had a hair disaster & they got me in in right away. They were like a big family there & the shop was very cheerful. My problems were easily solved by Shelly & my hair looked better than it has in over a year & my daughter said I looked younger! Thank you for your time & for doing such a great job!

Iam so very disappointed in the new changes here. Heather although you have made this salon look beautiful with the new remodels your management skills are lacking in more ways than one. You should never treat ur employees like their replaceable. They are the ones who made jynelles salon spa so successful and who will make you successful as well. Jynelle was a great leader who loved you girls like family and now as i walk in i no longer feel the same welcoming feelings as once before. It saddens me. I hope you make changes soon before you have nothing left.

Went on Friday with my sister not happy at all did not get the color, highlights or hair cut that I ask for. The highlights are so small and light that you can't even tell that I got any at all.
Will not recommand to anyone only gave one star because I had too
