I made an appointment for 2:00pm and I was still sitting in the waiting area at 3:45pm. I told the owner of the establishment that I had an appointment and she yelled there are customers in front of you. What is the point of having appointments if they aren’t honored? Avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their customers and have very nasty attitudes. The owners do not care about their customer’s concerns at all.

The are meticulous about their work. They are familiar with all the styles, they wax and do lashes. I would give them a higher score but they don't allow scheduling and the place is extremely out dated and old school. They need a serious makeover.

I like that I didnt wait to long to do my nails , but I had to file my nails after they tried to straighten my nail, but all they kept doing was making it sideways. Very upset about that, now I have to come home and file it again here. Horribly filed, felt they were rushing the whole time , feet and hands. Oh and they used the cheese es se shredder on me without asking first, I was highly upset and asked them politely to discontinue using that on me.

Emily the girl that does my nails is great in doing nails. She is very gentle handling your hand. When I do my nails I like the same person to always do my nails and listen to my request and do it the way I requested my nails to be done. Emily listen and does it the way you want your nails to be. David is the owner that always did my nails and when he left because he opened another business in Asbury I was skeptical letting Emily do my nails. David assure me she does nails just like him and he is right. When she does my nails it last 4 to 5 weeks. I'm very happy I don't need to go no were else. Parking is across the street very convenient. Don't have to worry about meters. Emily thank you again for doing my nails strong and beautiful.
