Absolutely gorgeous work and everyone working there was so sweet and professional. They fit me in last minute and even stayed late to make sure my nails looked perfect. I'm only in Orlando for vacation but I'd recommend anyone to this salon and I'll be coming back next time I'm in the area. Thank you so so much ♡

Went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and Jenny killed it! Told her the colors and shapes I liked and gave her creative direction. I absolutely LOVE my nails. The staff were all super nice and the salon was spotless. 10/10 recommend this place :))

Most unprofessional establishment I've encountered. Made an appointment for the first time with Michelle after hearing good things. Discussed availability with her over the phone. I arrive to my appointment on scheduled date and time, just to be told it's her "day off". No consideration for time. I will never invest my time nor money into this establishment.

My nail tech jessey is the best 🌟 I have been going to jessey since I moved to Orlando. She takes her time, she has great customer service. This is a nice place to come to for self-care

I made an appointment on Saturday to go get my nails done. I went there at 6 because that was the time the lady told me to come. Got there I waited 20 minutes on top of my appointment waiting for the nail tech to finally take me because she was doing someone else's nails. She charged me way to much for my nails which it was my birthday I don't even look. When I got home my nails was okay and the next day I woke up I'm missing 4 beads from my nails and my color started to chip. Since it was so small I didn't see myself just calling so the next day the chip got bigger. I called them to have it fixed and she said to come the same day. Mind you I stay an hour away and I work till 6:30. By the time I get there they will be closed and I told her I can come on Friday since I'm going to be in Orlando. This lady said she will charge me if I come Friday. Explained everything to her and she still said she will charge me if I come on Friday. I will never get my nails done there anymore and I would advise any new people or old customers not to go there anymore. They will not work with you and they charge to much for simple nails. I will dispute their charge at my bank and I want them to know this is the last time they will see me again.
