Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I have ever received and I wasn't even serviced by them yet!
Several attempts at making an appointment and using their Groupon services, however the technicians were just plain rude and raised their voices on me during several phone calls! I was taken aback by the horrible customer service and miscommunications that resulted.
I tried booking an appointment for several people at the same time, and whilst understanding that this has to be done in advance (by a week or so, as told by the technician), they never had a chance to accommodate me or the people for who I was trying to make the appointments for. Calls were not returned and messages were ignored. She was extremely abrasive in denying an appointment even though I had called a week and a half in advance (doing exactly what she had suggested to do).
Apparently, even though their listed hours on the website and Groupon pages said they work all week except for Sunday, this is not the case. They only take Groupons during certain days of the week and aren't even open most of the week, unbeknownst to me. However, instead of explaining this in a cordial manner, the technician Lonnie had extreme attitude with me during the whole process and acted as if I should have known that all along. She explicitly told me to call and get my money back from Groupon and then hung up the phone on me! WOW. Is this how you treat a customer? No company has ever done that to me or talked to me in the way that I was spoken to.
Thank goodness Groupon is backed by great customer service, immediately canceled my order and was even compensated for my extremely bad experience with this local merchant!
Be careful where you buy your Groupons from and please don't waste weeks of your time waiting for an appointment when you won't get one and will just be yelled at by the technicians for your efforts.
