I just moved to Huber from Kentucky and needed to find a new nail salon. A friend suggested I try Nail XPO. When I first walked in, all of the employees were loudly making fun of a customer who just left because of what she was wearing. They had even taken a photo of her and were showing everyone, including me.
While I was there, I had three different people work on my nails. The young guy who did my toenails was nice, however, he must not be certified to do more than paint because he removed the gel polish on my nails and had another girl come over to finish. The second girl who worked on them, cut me twice. A third woman came over and who actually filled in my acrylics was going so unbelievably fast and barely even looking at my hands as she did them. She used a powder that I'd never seen used before and it honestly looks TERRIBLE as it grew out.
I get my nails done every 3 weeks and have for many years. I've never, not once, had gel polish chip. Within one week, the gel polish had chipped on three or four nails, and by week three, they look absolutely ridiculous. I'm not hard on my nails and have never had any issues with this before. I will not be returning to this salon.
EDIT:
I recently went back to this salon because I was in a hurry and needed to get in that day. I really wish I would had remembered how horrible this place was. The same guy did my toes, and while he wasn't terrible, he was on his phone CONSTANTLY. I was there almost two hours for a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure is fine, but the gel manicure was horrible. I hadn't had my nails done in a while, so my cuticles were really bad and I wanted to get my nails done because of this. First of all, the manicure took not even five full minutes and it only took that long because the kid was on his phone the whole time! They didn't even soak my hands or use tools to push my cuticles back and clean my nails. They used the file machine and just quickly zipped over my cuticles. The next morning I had two nails where the gel peeled completely off. Not to mention my cuticles are no better than they wore when I went in, they are honestly worse because they have started peeling because of the rough file machine. I would normally go back to have it fixed, but I am so irritated with their poor service and the lack of care taken to do a decent job. I need to learn my lesson and never go back here. Obviously I've never left happy.

I went here after years of not having my nails done and I didn't know what to expect. I went there on a recommendation and the lady who did my nails, her name was Linda. She is very kind and a very good person. However, when you go to a salon, I feel like you should be made a priority, that attention to detail should always be made. You should be able to relax. These things do not happen here. You are spending your hard earned money. My nails were far from perfect and they should have been perfect. She seriously just seemed burnt out. The salon was filthy and dank feeling, the staff is unkempt looking. I'm not sure what was going on but I chalked it up to it just being a busy day and I went about my business. I had resolved to the idea that that is what you should expect from a cheap nail salon. But, it is not. There are many places out there that do much better work, have a lovely atmosphere, and are incredibly customer service oriented, for around the same pricing. The person who referred me just got her nails done, they were all uneven, air bubbles in the gel. One burst and there's a huge hole in her nail. Visible brush strokes and huge creases. She said she will never go back either. I don't know what's up with this place but I am taking my business elsewhere.

Great service and I loved how conversational my nail tech was! Lots of fun too!

The guy doing my nails was super unfriendly. Didn't look me in the eyes once. When he asked me if I wanted square or round nails, I said somewhere in between and I guess to him that meant square because that's what he gave me. When he asked me if I picked out a color yet, I said no because I didn't see a color wall. Then he just pointed to a little basket of swatches and made me go get it off another table. Then another customer had to come by and give me the rest of the color swatches. He was visibly irritated that I didn't have a color picked out yet and that I wanted to take my time choosing one. I don't have a lot of spending money but I wanted to treat myself for my birthday, so obviously I didn't want to pick a color I would later regret. After I asked him for his opinion between a few colors, another nail tech yelled across the store to "just pick one for her!" So rude. When my gels were finally done (he was already working on another woman's nails while mine were curing under the UV light), he just looked over at me and said "ya done?" Like I don't know, you tell me you're the nail tech! I just wanted to get out of there asap. I regret tipping, honestly. WON'T be going back. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday and I regret wasting my time there.

I got gel removed from my natural natural nails and I want them done over with designs on my index finger, thumb and Ring finger. when I came in the girl who was doing my nails complimented me on the designs I had already had from a place I went to out of state. I told her I wanted the same thing but the designs CLD be different a lil. Well they were, and the girl who did my nails had some one else do the designs. This lady rushed through like she was just slapping some color on no authenticity in designs. I asked for dots on my thumbs and she had smear them on without it being uniform. The original person doing my nails be tried to fix it, however the designs were amateur.
