They advertise walk-ins welcome. I went in on a weekday afternoon supposedly open for business. There was an unacompanied child sitting looking through a magazine. There was no one else in the business. I called out and stayed for a good 15 minutes calling out occasionally. Properly the child would not speak to a stranger, good for her. There must be over a dozen work stations and no one there. Finally another woman came in and sat down. I asked her about situation. She just said she was waiting for her stylist. I said well I guess they don't do walk-ins like advertised and left. I could not believe they would have their business open wirh no one for customer service. The unaccompanied minor really concerned me in such a large business with no one there.
