I've been going to London House since around 1993. Trish is my stylist and she is the best! She does what you ask her to do and does a great job! She is always pleasant and fun to chat with while you're getting your service. I know someday she will retire and I will be sad but in the meantime, I will go to her and get the best service ever!

So glad I picked London House - thanks for a good recommendation, Internet! I felt so comfortable, my stylist was very knowledgeable and even gave me tips for my overall health and well-being based on the state of my hair (and it wasn't stuff I could buy there so I know she wasn't upselling)! Everyone was really nice. I think I've found my new go-to salon.

I give London house 3 stars ONLY... ONLY because Abby fixed my hair after it got botched else where. One girl at the desk is very rude. Looked at me as if i couldn't afford to go there... mind you i went dressed down, but regardless... she's no one to judge anyone on how they look!! she was giving me looks didn't really want to acknowledge me. Excuse me miss thing... I've been going there for 20 years off and on... next time i will not let this fly. And 3 stars will be 1. Everyone else is awesome!! Only takes that one person to ruin a place!
So i recently went back to Abbie awesome job as usual... but their was a different receptionist her name was Chalan (I hope I spelled it right) she was awesome, her interaction with everyone who came in and left is what it's suppose to be. Full attention, respect very helpful, and amazing! She did all this being pregnant... so for that the star is for her! Thank you!

Ashley is a fantastic stylist. She puts me at ease to know that my hair will be taken care of with the utmost professionalism.
The front desk staff were not that friendly, nor helpful, when I arrived to check in. If Ashley hadn't already been at the front desk I'm not sure what the reception would have been. When I checked out the person checking me out never had eye contact with me. I hope that this changes.
