I have been going to Warren Nail Spa for about 2 years now. Originally, I used to go to Grace (who has since left), but I continued going to the owner, Lisa. She is one of the kindest people I know. I feel like family when I get my nails done there. She is meticulous and takes her time with all of her clients. I have never witnessed her having a bad rapport with anyone! She’s always willing to adhere to walk ins and people with appointments to make it work for everyone. I also have been loving the complimentary heat that’s applied to my back while getting my fill gel manicures. Keep up the hospitality and friendliness, Lisa!

I went to this salon with my mother and 5 y/o Daughter. Upon arrival it seemed like a nice environment. We were greeted and asked what services we wanted. Manicure for my mom, polish for my daughter and nail removal and full set for myself. My mother was seated and started her manicure as myself and my daughter continued to wait. Then came a walk in customer who was taken before the both of us. She was started and then they got to me. The lady started my nails and then in the middle of services told me that I was going to take too long can I come back at 3:10 (which would’ve been 2 hours from the time I was there) that alone was extremely rude as I am a paying customer. In came more clients who was seated again before my daughter. I went to see how my mother’s manicure was turning out so when she showed me her hand that wasn’t even being serviced at the moment her nail tech rolled her eyes and threw her head back as if she was extremely bothered. With the unprofessionalism, rudeness, and also not rendering services to my 5 year old we left and needless to say I did not return at 3:10 pm. One more bit I would like to add is myself and my family are indeed African American and residents in Warren. I truly believe this salon is racist and we were treated unfairly in comparison to the other clients that entered the salon. We will never return or recommend anyone else to this salon.

That nail salon needs to be shut down from the rudeness of the workers, I got my nails done on Saturday only for my polish to be coming off a day later! I went with my family and the way we were treated was unaceptable, we have INCOME and can afford to pamper ourselves when we want!
THIS RACIST salon is going to run into the RIGHT person and get hit with a lawsuit about their discrimination act!!!! IT'S NOTICEABLE, any two times you take other people before the AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE that's been there already! Start DOING a PAYING customer's NAILS AND THEN STOP TO TELL THEM IT'S A LOT OF WORK COME BACK!!!! HECK NO I'M NOT COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!
THE ONLY THING THEY DID RIGHT WAS GIVE A FREE BOTTLE OF WATER! REMEMBER IT SHOULD NOT BE ABOUT THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN TO GET THE SERVICE YOU WANT IT'S ABOUT THE PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!! BEWARE WHEN YOU GO TO PATRONIZE THEM IF YOU'RE NOT THE TYPE THEY'RE USE TO, YOU WILL BE TREATED POORLY.....

Great nail salon! I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and very professional. I have had pedicures, manicures and waxing services and have always been very happy with the services.
