I get a full set of acrylics with gel. They're done well and quickly. I work in a restaurant and they survive wear and tear. The appointments are fast. I only go to David but I've seen other techs do good work as well. Did I mention how very affordable it is? Location is easy to get to and find parking

Go somewhere else for skilled work and good service. I normally use Delane’s Nail Care. Unfortunately they were booked.
This nail salon does ZERO nail and foot care. Your feet should be soft and hard areas removed after a treatment. When I asked about scrubbing or using something to soften the heels I was told they don’t do it! They only waste little packets of scrub you can do at home and achieve better results. David was very rude and angry about me even asking about using a foot file. The lady applied no pressure, the massage was basically nonexistent (lazy people).
I normally go to Delane’s Natural Nail Care. She was booked and I made the mistake to try these jokers. $50 a terrible pedicure and $65 for acrylic nails that are not the best I have had by any stretch of the imagination.
Yeah, this shop is for ladies who don’t care about real mail care or getting the best work done

Super busy, wasn't seen until 20minutes after my appointment. Dip turned out nice but nail shaping isn't their strong suit. But overall an okay place if you NEED to get in somewhere.

This place gives me a headache. I was recommended by my sister who went to DAVID a couple times because she said he does really cute nails. She said she stopped going because he has an attitude and he didn't have a welcoming energy. However, I wanted to see for myself and I wanted my nails done for an event. He did good on my nails. However, the attitude my sister was telling me about, I experienced it too. From the rudeness in his voice to the annoyed tone of voice whenever you asked him a simple question. He has horrible customer service. There are other places in the Bay who can do nails just as well. Take your business elsewhere.
There always seems to be some mix up with requesting him and then when you get there they said "no you didn't request him" when you did because that's the only reason I went to the nail shop. If you are going to run a nail salon and people are giving YOU money for your service be welcoming and inviting so people want to come back.
I had called to try and make an appointment after 5:00 on either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday with David. So he says, "No, I don't have any appointments." So I'm like "okay, so when are you available." He is like 11:00 AM on Sunday." I said "Sorry I won't be able to make that time." And he says "K" and hangs up.
I'm not sure what his issue is but clearly people are requesting you to do nails. You should be flattered. Instead he gives off this negative energy. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for at least 6 months, and gotten acrylic, gel, & pedicures here. They do a great job & prices are super reasonable.
