I've gone a couple of times and I'm not super impressed. The lady who did my feet was way too rough and it hurt. No part of it was relaxing. My water was room temperature, and I just couldn't relax at all. When I had my nails done, they were crooked and misshapen. My toes however looked nice.

My favorite place & the only place I'll get my nails done in Cndga. I always get compliments on my nails.

I brought my mother-in-law here last weekend. Sadly, I can't say a single good thing about this place.
They take appointments but I don't know why. They are half an hour or more behind schedule. Our appointment was for 1:30 but we didn't get done for close to two hours. She got a pedicure, I got a manicure but most of our time there was spent waiting on someone to be available for her pedicure.
They were unfriendly, which should have been enough to turn around but we didn't. I was hoping the end product would at least be worth it. What a mistake.
For $33 (plus tip; my mother-in-law is way too giving), I got such a low quality gel manicure that when I went in to show them how badly the gel was peeling, they denied that it was even possible that I'd had them done the previous weekend. She said, and I quote, "That looks like it was done two weeks ago." Yes, that was my point. Them calling me a liar aside, their acknowledgement that it is quite bad should have spurred them to act. It did not. These people don't stand by their services, obviously for a reason.
They asked who did my nails, so I said the gentleman had. He looked at my nails for a split second and then walked away without uttering a single syllable.
I asked if they could fix them for me, they said no, I'd have to pay them to do it all over again. "You can pick another color and we'll do it again." Why would anyone elect to pay them even more money for a service they won't stand behind?
The experience itself wasn't even pleasant. They don't pay anyone to answer the phone so if you're lucky enough to have your nails done during a busy period by the gentleman sitting by the phone, your manicure is interrupted every few minutes as he turns away to schedule more appointments than they can remotely handle. Which I am sure they know is behind a drop in the quality of their work.
If they had been willing to work with me instead of implying I am a liar it would have been fine. I understand it's rough when you're busy but a total denial of culpability followed by a greedy grab for more money is shameful. If there is any doubt as to the state of my nails and/or when I was there, I'm attaching photos.

Very relaxing peaceful experience...today was for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Thanks so much enjoyed our time there
