I really love this place I get all my nails done at this place and they come out so beautifully I love it I go in with a design on my phone and go out with the amazing design on my nails it’s so well done

First time going to this place, did not have to wait at all, the lady (forgot her name😬) took me in right away. She was very gentle with my hands made sure I was comfortable, offered me coffee, water, of course my addicted self took the coffee lol..
Strongly recommend this place.. Very clean and peaceful environment 💅🏻👌🏻🙃🙂

TLDR: No one was available for my appointment for almost an hour and they lied about being able to do matte.
My friend made an appointment for herself and me but only one of us got our nails done. The appointment was at 3 and when we arrived my firend was taken care of right away. The woman who was working on my friend asked what i wanted so she could let another tech know. I asked for matte black and was told they couldn't do matte. I was disappointed, but it was fine.
While i waited i saw 2 other techs busy with clients but I figured i would have my turn shortly. After 15 minutes i was concerned we would be late for an engagement we had at 430. At 30 minutes i realized there would not be enough time to do my acrylics. At 50 minutes another tech was finally avaiable for my set appointment that was supposed to be at 3. Needless to say, i did not get my nails done. I only stayed because i came with my friend.
So as my friend is getting the polish put on i hear the tech ask her if she wants matte or shiny. THEY TOLD US THERE WAS NO OPTION AT ALL FOR MATTE! These people are nothing but liars!
