American Nail Bar is taking every precaution imaginable to keep staff and clients safe and healthy. Temp taken prior to entry, gloves and mask provided to enter, sign in and select color. New glove provided to sign payments slip on the way out. Want a great service with ultimate care and safety book with American Nail Bar. I have been coming to the American Nail Bar for a few months now, and I am extremely satisfied each time. I love the country music they play and how clean everything is. They are very friendly and can do pretty much any pinterest design you can think of. Emily is a wonderful nail tech. She did my chrome dip and gel pedicure last time and she was so concerned to make it perfect! She ended up redoing a couple of nails multiple times because she wasn't satisfied and said, "they're not as shiny as the others, I want them to look beautiful for you." You dont normally get service like that at other places. The endless offers of open bar drinks doesn't hurt either! I highly recommend this place.

Made appt for my daughter and I to have pedicure's at the same time and had to wait for the next day at 3pm, no problem. I called, and told them we were there and call us when we can enter. They let two people in ahead of us and we had appts. Then my daughter tech started on her and 25 min later I asked why my water was not on? The owner/manger started being rude and mad at me the customer! Very unprofessional and he claimed the tech was cleaning up on the other side and had to disinfect the other station before coming across the salon to me, and had to clean the bubble disc. Never have i gone to a salon that if they have you wait they make sure the water on and stays hot. I was about to drop $100.00 and wanted my daughter and I to have a nice visit for her birthday, not for her to be done with her pedicure before mine even begun. I told the salon man, he just lost my business! He said, fine! He could care less! Very poor customer service. I paid for my daughter and left the salon.

Excellent customer service. I was attended to by Joy. She so humble, really nice and approachable. She did my nails perfectly. She one of those people who just seem to have a beautiful heart naturally. Other than that, really nice looking nail bar, I’d say top notch and the receptionist was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Joy any day and any time. I am sure the rest of the nail technicians are great but I had Joy. :) I don’t live in Dallas but if I did, I’d be a loyal customer. Price was reasonable. Always ask before you start the process. Lol!.

Friendly service, clean, bright and modern finishes. Went first thing Saturday morning, no wait. Offered a drink LIST.
They have a full service bar. Lots of colors to choose from. Large space good for large groups.
The only negative was the music kept going off and on. So while listening and relaxing it got to be distracting.
I hope they keep up this level of service. I'll most definitely be back.
