I Will never go back again. I went here with my daughter for a mom and daughter day out. My daughter just got her nails and toes polished . I asked for a pedicure and a fill. My daughters nails came out nice and my pedicure was nice as well. There was a little bit of a wait but that is to be expected. Kimi the owner asked me to come sit in her chair so she could do my fill. When she was almost done I noticed 4 of my nails were misshaped. I asked her if she could reshape the nails. She told me that my nails were crooked before I came in and that was the best she could do. She also went on to say something was wrong with me. I asked for my bill so I could pay and leave. She said my total was $77 and asked her for a break down of the total in which she said she would give after she snatched my card from me and charged it. I wrote on the receipt I did not sign this. I suggested that we call the police but she didn’t. And she became even more irate and disrespectful to me in front of my 9 year old daughter. I told her I would pay for my daughter $15 and for my pedicure $35 but not for the fill that she wanted to charge me $27 for with 4 misshapen nails and no polish. I told her I would pay $15 because she did put the acrylic on and I was not trying to get something for free. I pulled out cash and paid her $65 she went on to say I was the worst customer she ever had. Needless to say I will never go back there again. The salon is dirty and Kimis customer service not her staff was terrible.

They deserve NO stars but the site would not allow me to write a review. Every time I go to get my nails done there's always a wait because someone has an appointment. I went today and sat until they opened at 9:30. When the only nail tech gets there she asked me what I was getting. I tell her a gel fill-in and she said ok someone will be here. At 9:50 the next nail tech arrives and I'm asked could I come back later because the two women who had just walked in had appointments. I've been here since before y'all opened and now after I've sat for 20 minutes, I need to come back. Poor customer service and will NEVER go back!!!
