As always I appreciate that the proprietor, J. did my gel manicure. The establishment has a relaxing atmosphere. I also have pictures of the manicure she took!!

Not my usually salon. The lady did my pedicure and she didn't know what she was doing.. also got my eyebrows done and she hurt my eyebrows...never get them done there again

Poor customer service - have nothing nice to say about this place at all. I waited for 45 minutes to get my nails done without anyone saying a word to me about wait time. I finally get to the nail tech and ask her to cut down my nails and that I wanted the same shape I’ve always had (almond). She cut them down and proceeded to shape them. She started shaping them too round so I told her. At this point she told me that I had cut them down too far for the shape despite the fact that she was the one who cut them. Then she began working very hard filing on one nail- she did this over and over again until my finger started bleeding and I said “ow that hurts”. Then she stopped and started speaking in another language. This whole time I did not complain until another lady who wasn’t doing my nails asked if I could just pay now since I was paying with a card. Reluctantly, because I was unhappy with my nails, I reached to get my card. When I grabbed it she said 22 and I was like whoa what? The sign above the door says 16$ for a fill in and 2$ for a cut down- even together that’s $18. Then she (lady who wasn’t even doing my nails) started rambling about how it’s $18 for fill in with a shape (which doesn’t even make sense, my nails were shaped before I came in so I gotta pay for you to return them back to normal?) and then 2$ for cut down and another. $1 for shape and $1 for card fee. She immediately got mad when I said that wasn’t right, I suggested that they create a sign that states thats the price. Her response was get used to it, every salon like that. I’ve been getting my nails done my whole life and honestly, no, every salon is NOT like that. Prices are listed very honestly in other places, I shouldn’t be surprised by price ever. at all. I told her this and she started talking about me in my face. Keep in mind this chick wasn’t even doing my nails. I patiently waited for the nail tech to finish shaping my nails- at this point I’ve been there two hours. I washed my hands and said “I don’t need you to polish them” and began to leave. Before I did the other lady mumbled something so I turned around and told her that her attitude was poor and so was her customer service. She said “just shut up and get out”. as a side note, this wasn’t my first time here- I only go because it’s around the corner from me. However I will say that before you go here, be warned. They REUSE TOOLS WITHOUT SANITIZING THEM. In the summer it is near impossible to relax for having to swat off all of the flies. I tried to give them a chance but with their deceitful prices, FILTHY SURROUNDINGS (dirtiest salon I’ve ever seen), and now lack of courtesy, customer service and class - I wouldn’t walk in there to take a piss. They need to be reported ASAP for their unsanitary ways - the bad attitudes are whatever- but if they’re going to have those they should at least be clean and honest. Also my nails are trash, all different lengths and shapes. I shouldn’t have been so nice.

I got my nails done by the bald guy there & he did it so rough & lazy the paint was streaky and the nails weren’t positioned straight. this was yesterday I wake up today not evrn thinking about them i go to wash my hands to see that half of the pinky nail is gone it hasnt even been a full day yet😡
