This place is not a good place for everyone, and if I could give less than one star they would get it. I visited this place for the first time yesterday and my husband came along to wait for me. I got a male tech or the owner who was ignorantly rude. I came to get a fill in, and during he never asked what shape or how short I wanted my nails, than he mentioned one of my nails was raised and he wanted to take it off. I told him to just fill it because the fill in of course takes care of the raised nail. He gets nasty(I'm a first time customer, he doesn't know me, and my husband is sitting in the shop) , and tells me "well if it comes off than you better not blame me",, with an attitude..lol. I am working on my inner Buddha plus I'm almost 50 , so I let it slide. However, he was either concerned about infection and doesn't want a lawsuit or it was an attempt toward extra money, either way it will be their ignorance and lack of customer service that will get them sued or worse, you don't start a fight or argument with your clients , we pay you not the other way around and if you want to do what the hell you want to our nails then by all means they should be free? They also started a fight with the poor customer next to me but she held her own. The worst I have been to, I didn't feel good the vibe was horrible, but gave them a good tip because "that's who I am", and I wont ever be back.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the way they did my nails. all different shapes and sizes. Will never go there again, they charged me 35$

The lady who did my eyebrows has no sense of the decade we live in. She waxed my eyebrows extremely thin. I used to have beautiful shaped eyebrows and she made then into little lines the way everyone liked them back in the late 90s early 2000s. I should have never trusted that place especially since she had tiny eyebrows too. Ughh I had to seek out an expensive 30 dollar eyebrow kit so I can cover up the damage. Never go back here ever again.

This is a great place! I stopped in for facial waxing. There were stations for mani's, spa chairs for pedi's. Lots of nail polish! The doors are not automatic. There seems to be enough room to get a regular size w/c to the back where the pedi's and waxes are. There is one station in front that looked like it was facing the correct direction so a w/c of larger size could pull up in the right direction. The only complaint I have is that the chair I sat on had wheels and I didn't know it. The woman said she had it, but it was scary, and I should have looked first. The woman who waited on me was very nice. She only did the waxing where I wanted, not "creating" more need. She was upset that others were doing that. (Me too!) She also charged half what I pay in other shops and did a fantastic job!

I got my eye brows done here and the lady did wonderful on my eyebrows, I let her know how I like it usually (I moved and this is closer to the one I usually go to) and I was impressed. I then came back with one of my girl friends to do a pedi date, I was glad they had the color I was looking for;however, the pedicure I paid 40$ for was not worth it. The nail police only adds onto the experience. The pedicure was done halfway. I work as a server and am on my feet often, they did not do a good job with them. I would only come back for eyebrow service.
