I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I have to say... the service is getting worse and worse.
Stacy did my nails a couple weeks ago for my trip to Miami. She didn't have the shade of yellow I wanted, and when she completed my nails, I really didn't like the final look. I told her I am contemplating switching to the only other yellow shade she had available. She got annoyed and started talking about me, in Chinese, to her employee, Amy, right in front of me. Her staff are constantly talking about their customers right in front of them, in Chinese, laughing, and looking at them funny.
Last week I came in to get my eyelashes done, Stacy told the Indian employee to take me next, she called me over and rolled her eyes. As we got inside the back room, I asked her if she was tired. She replied "Yea." Then I asked her how she was going to remove my false lashes and if my natural ones would come off? She completely ignored my question MULTIPLE TIMES and kept telling me to close my eyes so she could begin. I quietly got up and left. Wasn't having it that day.
No loyal customer should have to deal with being gossiped about and deal with flying attitudes when they're dropping money for your business!
Ask for Jimmy. He's the only decent one and does great work.

Yesterday me and my sister decided to go get our nails done since it was more convenient for us rather than traveling to Jamaica queens where we usually get our nails done .... BOY IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. For 1, we got into seat for a pedicure in about 5 minutes wait time and the girls took foreverrrrrrrrrr. By this time, my sister and I was ready to get acrylic tips and it took 2 hours for us to finish due to the slowness of the nail professionals. They catch attitudes, the one doing my pedicure didn't know how to do tips so I had to wait for someone to become available. I didn't even get polish on my nails that's how slow they was and by this time I was fed up .... thank u but never again.
