Convenient for me and staff is friendly for the most part. Most nail techs do a great job. Tiffany is the most popular tech. Julie did my nails. Rarely do I leave not satisfied.

I wish I could give them no star. Horrible customer service. I went there on saturday at around 6:50pm to get my nails redone I was told to come back on Sunday because they were about to close which I was not offended. I returned on Sunday around 4:25pm (store closes at 5pm) to get my husband a perdicure and also fix my nails. The moment we walked into the store all we heard was "can you come back tomorrow" no how can I help you, nothing. Who has the time and energy to keep driving back to a nail shop where they are not interested in your business. Never going back there again. Horrible service
