Great place to get a Manicure or pedicure done. Staff is so friendly. I don’t go often but when I do, Kay, B & Tamika are so welcoming when you walk in the door. Tamika did my manicure and did a wonderful job. Looking to treat yourself, this is the place to go. 👍🏼👍🏼😁

This place is horrendous. As a local, I feel bad leaving such a terrible review of a local business, but they’ve earned it time and time again. Over the last few years I have gone here out of sheer desperation.
First of all, their kids are always running around. The place is so cluttered and full of old McDonalds garbage. On my last visit they also now have a dirty, smelly cage full of birds who are constantly squawking. How people don’t get infections from tools they use, is beyond me.
First pedicure was the worst excuse for a pedicure I’ve ever had. Some girl was training and put the polish on so thick that it never dried.
Most recently I went to get my ANC switched out. He soaked it off with a combination of filing it off. He never even took the previous anc completely off. I specifically asked for a full manicure. Definitely only got half removed anc and my cuticles taken care of with the file tool instead of the little scissors. Then no massage or anything. $45 for this service. It’s outrageous! Any other salon that full service is only $30. My nails could have used another coat of the powder and they are unevenly filed.
I really wish that lake placid would get a good dedicated nail salon.

I came here to get my nails done for graduations and B messed them up as he was more concerned about everything else going on and I came back the next day telling them how I was displeased and they told me the reason they looked like they did is because I did something to them. I’ve always had good experience but I will say I’ll never be coming back here that’s for sure. If there were zero stars I’d rate them a zero especially for customer service.

Very relaxing visit! The staff is friendly and my nails look great. No appointment needed.
