My girlfriend stopped by to look at pricing and was offered a menu with their services. We didn't have time for a service that day so she decided to take a picture of the menu to look at later. This displeased them and they PULLED THE MENU OUT OF HER HANDS. My girlfriend promptly left. Guess you better get a service or GET OUT ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love Kelly Nails for my eyelash extensions, acrylic nails, and pedicure. The prices are the best and the service is excellent. I don’t understand complaint from customer that her lashes only lasted one day. Mine stay on 2 weeks every time. I have never had a problem. They will not stay on if you soak them in the shower with soap and water and Kelly advises all customers of this, “don’t get them wet.” I just use a wash cloth in the shower when I clean my face and don’t have any problem with shape or them staying on. Also Kelly is very fair. She doesn’t return cash to customers, or she wouldn’t have a business. However, she does offer a gift certificate to use for pedicure or nails in the amount of purchase spent or she offers to redo lash. This is more than fair and more than other salons will offer. I have been coming here for 7+ years. I just love them ❤️

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
Went in for eyelash extensions. The eyelashes were stiff and when I touched them they were crunchy. There was adhesive all over the lashes as well. Very poor quality. I was only in there for maybe 20 minutes that’s how quick they are to get you in and out. I had them on for ONE DAY and they fell out. I called to get reimbursed for some of the $50 I spent and the owner Kelly was very rude and would not reimburse me anything even though I explained multiple times that they only stayed on for one day when I was told they’d last two weeks. If I could give this place no stars I would. The lack of professionalism and care for customer satisfaction is appalling and even more so embarrassing. If you’re looking to get lashes done DO NOT GO HERE.
Wasn’t expecting amazing lashes w the price range but I pretty much paid $50 to wear fake eyelashes for one day.

Nice nail salon, but I don’t think they clean there instruments the lady that was doing my nails used her gloves to do my pedicure, then she went and grabbed some money from another lady who was paying then came back tried finish up my pedicure, after I told her something about the gloves she takes them off and puts them back in the glove box. SHE REUSES THE GLOVES. Will never come here ever again.

I go here all the time. The owner Kelly is the best! My eyelashes always look beautiful when she does them, and she has the best prices around.
