I love New Babi! I’ve been coming here for years now and I can’t think of another place to go. The space is clean and the staff is very friendly. There’s a ton of color selections and my nails are always done perfect! The spa pedicure is my favorite and I just love getting a massage while my nails are being done!

Service at this salon is not consistent. In fact I’ve had to come back to have my nails completely redone by somebody else. Additionally, nail techs are rude and ask for a tip. Here’s a tip for the owner, train your staff not to ask for a tip since it is technically voluntary. I will always tip but it is a negative customer experience to ask for one, especially when the services are not consistent and the amount of money I spent that day. Each employee at this salon rushes their clients and is always looking to take the next customer and to make the next buck. Do better. That’s why this business is called New Babi 2.

New Babi Nails is super clean and professional. I have been getting powder gel manicures for over two years now and they always come out great. I get about 3 weeks out of them before I go back and my natural nails are still strong!

I started going here a few months ago. I had Sharon and I absolutely love her. She is such a perfectionist, she makes my nails perfect every time. She truly cares about her work and making you happy. Would highly recommend her!
Edit: *added new photos* Sharon once again did an amazing job. She NEVER disappoints. Best nail tech I’ve ever had.

I mean seriously HOW BAD and CROOKED can nails be done!!!!! Just the WORST nails I’ve ever had done! She was rushing like crazy! Didn’t listen to anything I had to say! A 5 year old would do a more accurate job!!!
