NEVER use this place. My friend and I tried calling for (no exaggeration) three weeks to make an appointment to use the groupons we bought, and nobody would return our voicemails. We were finally able to make an appointment, but when we arrived, there was only one girl there who said the owner couldn’t be there and that we had to reschedule. The owner had apparently tried to call, but neither of us have any missed calls. I was hoping the girl who was there would give us some sort of solution, or that the owner would be available to talk to, but we were just told to ask Groupon for our money back. Such a ridiculous waste of time.

Terrible. My friend and I bought a Groupon for Unity Nails and spent nearly a month trying to schedule an appointment. The phone was never answered, you had to leave a message and wait for a call back, which typically never came. When we finally got appointments and arrived, the single nail technician there told us that the owner had been trying to contact us all day (a blatant lie as neither of us had missed calls) and had to cancel our appointments. She tried to call the owner when we were there to have her talk to us, but she never picked up. We asked for our money back because at this point neither of us wanted to deal with such terrible customer service, but the technician said we had to deal directly with Groupon. It seems that if you buy through Groupon or something else, they don't care about you at all, or maybe they just don't value customer service. Either way, I would 100% not recommend this salon.

This was the worst mani pedi I've ever had in my life. The woman who did my mani pedi was about 50 years old. She buffed my toes and fingers excessively and even caused one of my fingers to bleed! I picked up some type of infection on my toes and they were sore and red for about 2 weeks, which put a damper on what I was able to do and even wear when I was on my trip. I don't think her toes file is sanitary or it might be the little dishes of stuff she brings out from the back vs. using a product right in front of you. In fact, the products they do have in front of you are in generic little ketchup-type bottles that look like they haven't been cleaned in years.
This woman was not only rough, but she was incredibly rude and condescending. Yes, we all get to have a bad day every now and then, but I won't ever set foot this place again.
UPDATE: Warning: This place used to be called Phamily Nails and they have changed their name to Unity Nails.

My mom and I recently decided to try this nail salon because of all the great reviews online and the fact they had a Groupon. We first arrived a few minutes early and were told because others were late and the owner didnt slot enough time our gel mani/pedi would have to be rushed. Honestly should have trusted my instinct and walked out but because my mom was with me I didnt want to make a big scene. This was her mothers day gift after all. I then was told that there is $5 removal fee for gel polish even when getting gel services. I have never heard of this before as usually that's included. Majority of the visit things were said about the new owner and how she is running it, honestly we came in to be pampered not hear about drama, it was very unprofessional. In the end our mani/pedi didn't meet our expectations. Our cuticles were not pushed back enough and the polish wasnt all the way to the cuticle, looks like it had grown out a week or 2 already. We wish them luck and hope they can figure things out but we will not be returning.

The older lady really dug into my cuticles to the point where one of my fingers was bleeding. My fingers are still sore afterward whenever I wash my hands. The color selection is okay. The design for my accent wasn’t the same colors as the picture I showed her, and though I didn’t expect a replica, the design was hardly similar to what I showed her.
