I have been coming to Salon Serenity for a little over a year now. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, services, and customer service. Today, my experience was no different. Brooklyn washed, cut and styled my hair, and I have to say, it was the best haircut I've ever had. Starting from the beginning, Brooklyn was amazing. She took her time washing my hair & even gave me a nice scalp/head massage! When it came time to cut, she listened to my requests, and she delivered a cut and style better than I could have imagined. I am more than pleased with my experiences at Salon Serenity, and I will continue to come back for all of my salon/spa needs!

I am not one to do much with my hair but wanted to hide some gray and didn't want traditional highlights. I called this morning and was provided details on balayage. Brooklyn did an amazing job, she was very patient with my very thick head of hair and the finished product looks very natural, my husband and daughter love it.

Updated Review: I was ultimately unhappy with my haircut (I showed a picture of a prior haircut I loved and the end result was nothing like the picture WAY TOO SHORT and no layers), and called the very next business day, was scheduled for the next day. I was very nervous. Had some layers put in and the haircut was much more acceptable, but still too short - I go to check out - and was charged FULL PRICE. I have spent over $200, I am unhappy with my hair. I will never go back.
Wonderful experience getting my haircut. Beautiful and peaceful throughout. Very friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be going back!

Wonderful spa, clean, spacious and inviting. Staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Nya cut,colored and highlighted my hair. I love it. Once comment I received was that it had never looked nicer. Abby talked with me about face products which I bought and really like. The receptionist, Kaitlyn was very nice and knowledgeable about prices and products. I definitely recommend this salon.

I just had the massage of my life. I have had these very sore shoulder blades and Jena gave me a massage using trigger points and oh my word I feel like a million bucks. This salon is gorgeous and EVERYONE is so friendly and I will return. I already scheduled my next massage and can’t wait.
